Gift Card Policy

This Gift Card Policy governs the purchase and use of gift cards ("Gift Cards") issued by Famous Studios Inc. (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our") for use on diljitdosanjh.com (the "Site"). It supplements the Terms of Service, and your mandatory consumer rights are preserved.

15.1 Purchasing and Redeeming

Gift Cards may be purchased on the Site in the amounts offered and are normally delivered electronically to the email address provided at purchase. To redeem a Gift Card, enter its code at checkout; the value will be applied to your order. Gift Cards can be used toward eligible products on the Site and may be combined with other payment methods if your order total exceeds the balance.

15.2 Balance and Partial Use

If your order is less than the Gift Card balance, the remaining balance stays on the Gift Card for future use, where our system supports it. If your order is more than the balance, you pay the difference using another accepted payment method. We will show how the Gift Card has been applied at checkout.

15.3 No Cash Value; Expiry

Gift Cards have no cash value except where the law requires otherwise, and they are not redeemable for cash. We do not charge fees on Gift Cards. We do not set an arbitrary short expiry; where any expiry or dormancy rule applies, it will comply with the consumer-protection and gift-card laws of the relevant jurisdiction, which in many places restrict or prohibit expiry and fees. Any applicable terms will be stated at purchase.

15.4 Currency and International Use

Gift Cards are issued and redeemed in the currency stated at purchase. If you shop in a different currency, conversion and any applicable taxes are handled at checkout as described in the Terms of Service.

15.5 Lost, Stolen, or Unauthorised Use

Treat a Gift Card like cash. We are not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards or for unauthorised use, except as required by law. If you believe a Gift Card has been used without your authorisation, contact us promptly at support@diljitdosanjh.com and we will assist where we can.

15.6 Returns and Refunds

Unless required by law, Gift Cards themselves are non-refundable once purchased. If you return a product that you paid for using a Gift Card, the refund will normally be issued back to a Gift Card or store credit, consistent with the Returns & Exchanges Policy and your statutory rights.

15.7 Fraud and Misuse

We may void Gift Cards obtained or used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in breach of the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, and may decline to honour Gift Cards we reasonably believe were not lawfully issued.
