Preorder Terms

These Preorder Terms apply when you place a preorder for a product that is not yet available to ship on diljitdosanjh.com (the "Site"), operated by Famous Studios Inc. (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). They supplement the Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Exchanges Policy, and your mandatory consumer rights are preserved.

13.1 What a Preorder Is

A preorder lets you reserve a product before its general release or before stock is on hand. The product listing will identify the item as a preorder and will show the expected availability or ship window known at the time. Estimated dates are estimates, not guarantees, and may change.

13.2 Payment

Unless the listing states otherwise, payment for a preorder is taken at the time you place the order, which reserves your item. Where we instead offer a deposit or charge-on-dispatch model for a particular item, the listing will say so and explain when the balance is due.

13.3 Estimated Availability and Delays

We will make reasonable efforts to meet the stated ship window and to tell you if it changes materially. Manufacturing, licensing, and supply factors can cause delays. If a significant delay occurs, we will keep you informed, and you may cancel for a full refund of amounts paid for the delayed preorder item, in addition to any statutory rights you have. Where the law gives you the right to a refund if we miss an essential deadline or a reasonable time after you ask us to deliver, that right applies.

13.4 Mixed Orders

If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, we may hold the whole order and ship it together when the preorder item is ready, unless we offer split shipping (which may carry additional shipping charges). The product page or checkout will explain the approach for your order where relevant.

13.5 Cancellations and Changes

You may cancel a preorder before it ships for a full refund of amounts paid for the preorder item, unless we have clearly told you, in a manner permitted by law, that a specific preorder is non-cancellable. We may cancel a preorder and refund you if the product is discontinued, cannot be supplied, or if there was a pricing or description error; see the Terms of Service. Once a preorder ships, the standard return rules and your statutory rights in the Returns & Exchanges Policy apply.

13.6 Pricing

The price of a preorder is the price shown when you place the order. If applicable taxes or shipping change between order and dispatch, we will handle this consistent with the Terms of Service and applicable law.
