Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver physical orders placed on diljitdosanjh.com (the "Site"), operated by Famous Studios Inc. (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). It forms part of, and should be read with, the Terms of Service and the Returns & Exchanges Policy. Digital products are not shipped; see the Digital Products Policy.

5.1 Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. We aim to process and dispatch in-stock orders within 1–3 business days of order confirmation, although processing may take longer during sales, product launches, limited-edition releases, and peak periods. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a further notification when it ships. Orders containing a preorder item may ship together when all items are available, unless we offer split shipping; see the Preorder Terms.

5.2 Delivery Times and Methods

We offer a range of delivery options at checkout, which vary by destination. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates based on information from our carriers and begin once your order has been dispatched, not when it is placed. They are not guaranteed unless we expressly describe a service as guaranteed. Factors such as customs processing, weather, carrier delays, and incorrect address details can affect delivery.

5.3 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on destination, weight, dimensions, and the service you select, and are shown before you complete your purchase. We may offer free or discounted shipping promotions from time to time, subject to their own conditions.

5.4 International Shipping

We ship to many countries worldwide. Availability of destinations and services may change, and some products may not be available for shipment to certain countries due to legal, licensing, or carrier restrictions. For international orders, delivery times are longer and depend in part on the destination country's customs process.

5.5 Tracking

Where tracking is available for the service selected, we will provide a tracking number and link by email once your order ships. Please allow time for tracking information to update after dispatch. If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us at support@diljitdosanjh.com and we will investigate with the carrier.

5.6 Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

For deliveries that cross a border, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, and clearance fees imposed by the destination country. Unless we expressly offer a delivered-duty-paid (DDP) service that collects these charges at checkout, these charges are your responsibility as the importer of record and are not included in the product price or shipping charge. Customs authorities may also delay shipments for inspection. We have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict their amount. If you refuse delivery or fail to pay import charges and the parcel is returned to us or destroyed, any refund will be handled under the Returns & Exchanges Policy, and we may deduct unrecovered shipping and customs costs where the law permits.

5.7 Risk and Title

Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, risk of loss and title to physical products pass to you upon delivery to the address you provide. Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are complete and accurate; we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information, and re-shipping may incur additional charges.

5.8 Shipping Delays

We will make reasonable efforts to meet estimated timeframes, but delays can occur, particularly during peak periods, launches, or events beyond our control (see "Force Majeure" in the Terms of Service). Where a significant delay arises, we will try to keep you informed. If you are a consumer, any statutory rights you have in relation to late delivery — including, in some jurisdictions, the right to a refund where delivery does not occur within a reasonable or agreed time after you ask us to deliver — are preserved.

5.9 Lost Packages

If your tracking indicates delivery but you have not received your order, please first check with members of your household and neighbours and look for a carrier notice. If you still cannot locate the package, contact us within a reasonable time at support@diljitdosanjh.com so we can open an investigation with the carrier. Where a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund consistent with your statutory rights.

5.10 Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please keep the packaging and contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate. This does not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty goods, which are explained in the Returns & Exchanges Policy.

5.11 Carrier Liability

Once an order is handed to a carrier, delivery is performed by that carrier subject to its own terms. While we will assist you in resolving delivery problems and will pursue claims with carriers on your behalf where appropriate, we do not control carrier operations. Nothing in this Section limits our responsibility to you as the seller under applicable consumer law.
