This Acceptable Use Policy (the "AUP") sets out the rules for using diljitdosanjh.com (the "Site") and its Services, provided by Famous Studios Inc. (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that respects the rights of others, the integrity of the Site, and the interests of the Company, the Artist, and our fans. You must not use the Site to do anything that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, or that interferes with how the Site works for others.

9.2 Prohibited Activities

You must not, and must not attempt to or allow others to:

Automated access, scraping, and bots

  • access, crawl, scrape, harvest, index, cache, or copy any part of the Site or its content using bots, spiders, scrapers, or other automated means, except a search engine's good-faith indexing that respects our robots and rate-limit instructions;
  • use bots or automated tools to create accounts, add items to cart, complete purchases, or hold inventory, including for limited-edition releases or any future ticket sales;
  • circumvent, disable, or interfere with rate limits, purchase limits, queueing systems, CAPTCHAs, or other access or security controls.

AI model training and data extraction

  • use the Site or any of its content (including text, images, music, video, and design) to develop, train, fine-tune, benchmark, or improve any artificial-intelligence or machine-learning model, or to build any dataset for such purposes, without our prior written permission.

Reverse engineering and tampering

  • reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or underlying structure of any part of the Services, except to the limited extent applicable law expressly permits;
  • introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code, or launch denial-of-service or other attacks that disrupt the Site or its infrastructure;
  • probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or breach any security or authentication measure.

Spam, fraud, and abuse

  • send spam or unsolicited messages, or use the Site to facilitate them;
  • engage in fraudulent activity, including payment fraud, unauthorised use of payment methods, and abusive chargebacks;
  • impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with the Company or the Artist.

Harassment and harmful content

  • post or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, harassing, threatening, or that infringes others' rights or privacy;
  • harass, bully, or harm other users, our staff, or the Artist.

Reselling and commercial misuse

  • purchase products for unauthorised commercial resale, or use bots or multiple accounts to acquire limited-edition items or any future tickets in breach of the Terms of Service.

Other illegal activity

  • use the Site in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right, or to facilitate any such violation.

9.3 Reporting Misuse

If you become aware of any breach of this AUP — for example, scraping, fraud, harassment, or abuse — please report it to support@diljitdosanjh.com (or support@diljitdosanjh.com for general concerns). For copyright issues, use the DMCA Policy.

9.4 Enforcement

We may investigate suspected breaches and may take any action permitted by the Terms of Service and applicable law, including removing content, cancelling orders, limiting features, suspending or terminating accounts, and cooperating with law-enforcement or other authorities. The list above is illustrative, not exhaustive; conduct that is harmful or unlawful may breach this AUP even if it is not specifically listed.

This AUP works with the Terms of Service, Fan Content Policy, Privacy Policy, and DMCA Policy. Where this AUP and the Terms of Service appear to conflict, the Terms of Service govern.
