We love the creativity of the fan community. This Fan Content Policy explains how Famous Studios Inc. (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our") views fan-created content relating to Diljit Dosanjh (the "Artist") and how you may, and may not, use the Artist's name, likeness, music, and other materials (the "Official Materials"). It is written to encourage genuine fan expression while protecting the rights addressed in the Legal Notice, Terms of Service, and DMCA Policy. It is not a transfer of any rights and does not grant a commercial licence.

10.1 The Spirit of This Policy

We want fans to celebrate the Artist. In general, we are supportive of non-commercial, personal, and transformative fan expression that is clearly created by fans, does not pretend to be official, and respects the Artist, other fans, and the law. This Policy describes what we are generally happy to see and where we draw the line.

10.2 Fan Art

You are welcome to create and share original fan art inspired by the Artist for non-commercial, personal enjoyment, provided you do not imply official endorsement and do not copy our protected artwork, photographs, or logos wholesale. Selling fan art, or producing merchandise that uses the Artist's name, likeness, or our Marks, requires our prior written permission, because it may engage trademark, copyright, and publicity rights.

10.3 Fan Videos and Reaction Videos

Creating fan videos and reaction videos is a meaningful part of fan culture. When you use the Artist's music, recordings, or footage, you must respect the rights of the copyright owners (which may include record labels, publishers, and others) and the rules of the platform you post on. Many platforms have licensing arrangements and content-management systems that determine whether and how such content can be monetised; those systems and the rights holders' decisions apply. We may issue or support takedown requests where content is used in a way that infringes rights or breaches this Policy, as described in the DMCA Policy.

10.4 Cosplay

Cosplay and dressing in the style of the Artist for conventions, events, and personal photos are welcome as forms of personal expression. Selling cosplay services or costumes that use the Artist's name, likeness, or our Marks, or implying that you are officially affiliated, is not permitted without our written consent.

10.5 Social Media

When you post about the Artist on social media, please make clear that you are a fan and not an official account, and do not use the Artist's name, handle, or our Marks in a way that suggests you are us or are endorsed by us. Do not post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, or that infringes others' rights. Our own community and the Acceptable Use Policy standards apply to any fan interactions on channels we operate.

10.6 Commercial Use

Any commercial use of the Official Materials — including selling products or services, advertising, sponsorships, fundraising, NFTs or other tokenised assets, or any use that generates revenue — requires our prior written permission. This protects the Artist, official partners, and fans from confusion and from unauthorised commercialisation. To request permission or discuss a collaboration, contact support@diljitdosanjh.com.

10.7 AI-Generated Content

Please do not create or share content that uses artificial intelligence to clone, imitate, or simulate the Artist's voice, image, performance, or likeness in a misleading way, including deepfakes, voice clones, or synthetic media presented as real or official. Such content can mislead fans and may infringe copyright, publicity, and other rights. You also may not use the Official Materials or the Site's content to train AI models, as set out in the Acceptable Use Policy. Clearly labelled, non-deceptive, non-commercial creative work that does not impersonate the Artist or misuse protected materials is treated like other fan art under this Policy.

10.8 Our Use of Fan Content

From time to time, we may wish to feature or repost fan content on our official channels. We will seek the creator's permission before doing so, except where you have already granted us a licence (for example, through the Terms of Service when you submit content to us, or through a clearly stated campaign tag and rules). If you would prefer that we not feature your content, let us know and we will respect your choice.

10.9 Removal and Enforcement

We reserve the right to ask platforms to remove, or to remove from channels we control, fan content that breaches this Policy, infringes rights, or is otherwise harmful. We try to act proportionately and in good faith, with the goal of protecting both the Artist and the fan community. Copyright complaints are handled under the DMCA Policy.
